Tasting notes
Coming from Shaw Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon makes up half of this wine, with the rest nearly equal parts Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The aromas are vibrant, with notes of cocoa, vanilla and cherry. The palate is rich, action packed and velvety soft, with vanilla notes lingering on the finish. The wood sticks out at present, but there's plenty of goodness behind that. Decant or give it some time to integrate.146 cases produced.
