Tasting notes
Cabernet Sauvignon makes up half of this wine, with the rest split between nearly equal parts of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Subdued, high register aromas of tangerine essence, cigar wrapper and dried herbs are followed by a classically structured wine, full of black cherry and dark tea flavors. It shows compelling sophistication and structure, as well as the coolness at the end of the vintage. Cellar now, best after 2025. 146 cases produced.
